Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) with 6-9 years of experience
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance IT infrastructure visibility, automation, and performance monitoring
The role involves designing and deploying modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, as well as integrating ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace
The candidate should have strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and a solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles
Certifications such as CSA, CISITOM, or CAD are a plus
