7+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD architecture, implementation, and administration. Strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events. Required Candidate profile Hands-on exp. with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, SSO,Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) Expertise in HR process automation, workflow configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
