• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development. • 7+ years’ experience in ITSM / ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations. • 5+ years’ experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices. • Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines. • Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization. • Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions. • Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers. • Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance. • Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement.
