Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support a key client engagement focused on **custom plugin development** and **integration with a Customer Service Portal**.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of integration patterns.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow plugins and applications
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, including customer-facing portals
- Collaborate with architects and senior developers to implement scalable solutions
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices
- 3–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow plugin development (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow’s Glide API
- Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine or Performance Analytics
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes
