Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in core reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics module configuration.

Module Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM modules and basic knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and data structures.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirements elicitation and presentations.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Performance Analytics Micro-Certification/Certification.

Conduct workshops and interviews with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements for HRSD processes.

Solution Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain reports, interactive dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions (indicators, breakdowns, scorecards, analytics hub) using ServiceNow's full suite of reporting tools.

Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize Performance Analytics capabilities for trend analysis, forecasting, and identifying process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities within HR service delivery.

Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reports and dashboards, and adhere to data governance policies.

Client Communication: Present findings and insights to clients and management, translating technical data into business value.

Platform Best Practices: Provide advisory services on ServiceNow reporting and PA best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable and optimized for platform performance.
