We're seeking an excellent Senior Python Backend Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance backend services to support a React application. You will build and optimize RESTful APIs, backend logic, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll integrate features, troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability, and contribute to architecture design while improving code quality through reviews. What Were Looking For: Excellent Python programming skills is a must for the role. Experience with Fast API is a plus, but not required; experience with other Python frameworks is also valuable. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture. Solid knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and experience optimizing database queries. Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, as well as Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems. Role & responsibilities DevSecOps: Self-motivated working independent and as part of the team Creating, configuring, and managing environments in LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Power Platform Admin Centre. Automating the process of building, validating, and deploying deployable packages (.zip) for Dynamics 365. Creating and maintaining pipelines in Azure DevOps, including working with pipeline tasks specific to Dynamics 365 (e.g., Asset Upload Task). Automating data migration processes within Dynamics 365, leveraging the Data Management Framework (DMF). Managing integrations using Data Entities and the Power Platform. Familiarity with version control systems such as Azure Repos and GIT. Setting up Application Insights and Azure Monitor for tracking performance, identifying issues, and ensuring application health in Dynamics 365. Utilizing LCS monitoring tools for real-time telemetry and diagnostics of D365 environments. Implementing logging mechanisms for pipelines and automation tasks to enable proactive troubleshooting.
