Responsibilities:
Reference Point for Analytics: Serve as the primary reference point for ServiceNow analytics, providing expertise, guidance, and support to all organizations leveraging reporting and analytics capabilities. This includes being familiar with and supporting initiatives such as the ServiceNow Reporting Capabilities.
Data Model Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ensuring accurate and efficient data retrieval and analysis.
Analytics & Reporting: Led the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive ServiceNow reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and Platform Analytics solutions, aligning with business objectives and leveraging tools such as the System Health Dashboard and Periodic Instance Monitoring. Support the transition to Platform Analytics.
KPIs & Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and indicators to measure the effectiveness of ServiceNow services and identify areas for improvement. Be aware of the business value of Performance Analytics.
ServiceNow Development: Utilize ServiceNow development skills to customize and enhance analytics capabilities, including scripting, configuration, and integration with other systems, aligning with the capabilities of the Now Platform.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define analytical needs, and translate business objectives into actionable insights and solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow Analytics and Development best practices.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for analytics solutions, development efforts, and reporting processes, aligning with the importance of documentation procedures noted in other provided contexts.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes, reporting capabilities, and overall ServiceNow platform performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and meet customer needs effectively
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Proven experience as a Technical Lead with ServiceNow expertise in Analytics and Development.
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting, Dashboards, Performance Analytics, and Platform Analytics.
Strong knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and indicators relevant to ServiceNow service delivery.
Solid ServiceNow development skills, including scripting, configuration, and integration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
