Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Expertise in building workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies. ServiceNow API Integration Specialist: To connect ServiceNow with external systems like ISAAC, MC400, ImageOne, RightFax, FTP, etc. ServiceNow Automation Architect: To design scalable automation solutions across modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Implement and maintain ITSM modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliverables.
Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Support continual service improvement initiatives.
Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Prepare and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

ServiceNow platform expertise
JavaScript & API integration
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Agile/Scrum methodologies
REST/SOAP Web Services
Technical documentation
Problem-solving and communication

Mandatory Skills:

1. ServiceNow Platform Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal

2. JavaScript Programming

Proficiency in JavaScript, as it's the core scripting language used in ServiceNow

3. ServiceNow APIs

Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations

4. ITSM Process Knowledge

Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes

5. ServiceNow Certifications

Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)

6. UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows

Ability to create and manage these components effectively

7. Problem-Solving & Debugging Skills

Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
