As a ServiceNow Architect with coding experience, your role will involve designing and developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow architecture and development to create efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform - Utilizing your coding skills to enhance the functionality of ServiceNow - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC - Creating and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc. - Hands-on experience with tools like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB design - Adhering to Agile and ITIL processes to ensure efficient project delivery Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and development - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and APIs - Familiarity with Agile and ITIL processes - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - ServiceNow certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HR, CAD, CSA) Please note that the company may require additional qualifications or certifications based on specific project requirements.
