ServiceNow Lead Developer

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform that enhance business efficiency and user experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with client stakeholders to document baseline requirements and working with both functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for ServiceNow applications. - Developing detailed implementation plans for the deployment of ITSM and CSM modules, establishing key milestones, finalizing budget/scope, and defining high-level architecture. - Supporting the iterative configuration of the ServiceNow application and engaging stakeholders for reviews through joint design sessions. - Assisting in system validation, preparing the organization for transition, and ensuring readiness for deploying the Application build into production. - Building strong relationships with clients and project teams to foster growth and development opportunities. Basic Qualifications: - Experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations. - Proficiency in delivering and implementing ServiceNow ITSM core modules. - Familiarity with ITSM and CSM processes, including Now Assist and Virtual Agent configurations. - Ability to develop implementation plans within the ServiceNow platform. - Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices is a plus. Job Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - Mandatory CSA/CAD certifications. - Mandatory CIS-ITSM/CIS-CSM certification. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript. - Hands-on experience customizing ServiceNow using various tools and languages such as JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, and Glide. - Skill in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via SOAP/REST APIs. - Exposure to agile development environments. - Sound understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ITSM and CSM solutions. - Demonstrated ability to deliver comprehensive solutions for ITSM and CSM requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
