Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Manage upgrades, patches, and security configurations. Conduct user training and support sessions. Document configurations, workflows, and custom developments. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API , client/server scripting. Deep understanding of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM modules. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping . Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration best practices. Familiar with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
