ServiceNow Lead Developer

As a ServiceNow Architect with experience in custom application development and coding, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Designing and implementing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. - Developing code to enhance and customize ServiceNow functionalities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Providing expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc. - Configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC. - Utilizing Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB design for efficient workflow automation. - Following Agile and ITIL processes for streamlined project delivery. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow architecture and development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and APIs. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. - ServiceNow certifications like Certified Technical Architect, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HR, CAD, CSA are preferred.
