ServiceNow Lead Developer

As a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices. Your role involves leading technical teams, managing project lifecycles, collaborating with business stakeholders, and providing expert guidance on the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their growth. - Engage proficiently with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective ServiceNow enhancements. - Design and implement multiple catalog items in close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. - Drive and execute the integration of multiple large enterprise systems using various APIs, including REST/SOAP protocols, and different authentication mechanisms. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Glide APIs, server-side and client-side scripting, Scripted REST APIs, and portal architecture. - Exhibit excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, effectively articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Maintain a detail-oriented approach, proactively identifying issues and collaborating to solve problems efficiently. - Apply Agile practices to facilitate effective team management and successful project delivery. - Monitor the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance and availability, ensuring a stable and efficient environment. - Create and update SDLC documentation and user manuals for developed functionalities to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records. **Required Qualifications:** - Total 8+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development exposure. - Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams. - Must be a Certified Application Developer (CAD) along with an additional ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification. In addition to the above qualifications, experience with large BioPharma/Biotech industries and knowledge of GxP processes would be desirable.,
