Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs.
Define platform standards, roadmaps, and upgrade-safe design practices.
Map business requirements to ServiceNow standard functionality, minimizing customization.
Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance.
Support Agile delivery and guide technical backlog refinement.
Review platform changes for adherence to architecture and governance standards.

Required Skills:

ServiceNow Expertise:
8+ years in architecture, development, and implementation.
Modules:
ITSM, ITOM, Telecom Service Management, Order Management, Integrations.
Technical Skills:
JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe practices.
