Job Description

About Position:

We are hiring for Service now architect with hands-on experience in ITSM,HRSD,CMDB, etc.,

Role: Service Now Architect
Location: All Persistent Locations
Experience: 13+ Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, and SAM modules.
Conduct detailed analysis of requirements and provide architectural sign-off.
Handle RFPs, estimations, and solution proposals for enterprise clients.
Manage and mentor ServiceNow development teams.
Provide guidance on best practices and ensure quality delivery.
ITSM fundamentals for all ServiceNow implementations.
ITOM and HRSD (mandatory), HAM and SAM lifecycle management.
Other ServiceNow modules are good to have.
Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation across multiple modules.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, and SAM.
Experience in analysis, RFP handling, estimations, and solution design.
Ability to manage teams and groom resources for success.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules and integrations.
Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization.
