Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. Your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management will be essential in collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing integrations using Integration Hub, automating tasks for operational efficiency, and providing technical guidance to junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using Integration Hub. - Automate tasks and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and automation. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management modules. - Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and automation tools. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
