Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Now Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement Service Now solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Service Now implementations.
