Company:

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on Service portal backend functionality.
  • Experience in Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Javascript and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and MID Servers.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, etc.).
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
