We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to oversee our organization's financial health. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulations. The manager will strategically manage cash flow, collaborate on financial strategies, and handle banking and vendor relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive financial expert with strong knowledge, to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within the manufacturing industry.
CA or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) qualification OR an MBA in Finance from a Tier 1 college is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge about direct and indirect tax.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
