Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability across the real estate portfolio.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Provide financial modeling for acquisitions, developments, leasing, and asset disposals.
• Support capital raising efforts and evaluate financing options.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, debt structures, and investment returns.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, rental yields, ROI, and IRR.
• Prepare detailed investment performance reports for stakeholders and executives.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across real estate projects and assets.
• Oversee internal controls and audit processes.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor finance teams, providing training and performance development.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, developers, and external partners.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and investors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
• 7–10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems (Yardi, MRI, Argus, or similar real estate software).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience presenting to executives and investors.
