Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Finance Manager located in (Lonavala/ Mumbai). The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsible for managing GST compliance, preparing taxation reports, and ensuring accurate MIS and P&L analysis.

Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain efficient and compliant financial operations.

They will also handle investment strategies, risk management, and liaise with stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights. Additional duties include team management and process improvements to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
• Skills in Investment Strategies and Risk Management
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
