Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations:

  Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger, and statutory compliance. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.

• Management Information Systems (MIS):

  Prepare

  board-ready MIS packs, dashboards, and reports

  with actionable insights and trend analysis.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Track performance against KPIs and highlight key drivers.

• Internal Controls:

  Maintain strong financial controls and operational discipline; ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

• Process Improvement:

  Drive standardization, automation, and efficiency across finance operations.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team; define roles, set expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and learning.

• Business Partnering:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide

  finance insights for operational and strategic decisions

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience

  in corporate or startup environments

• CA / ICWA / MBA Finance

  preferred
• Strong expertise in

  MIS, reporting, accounting, and reconciliations

• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools

• Exposure to budgeting, financial controls, and operational finance

• Team leadership experience

  preferred
• Bonus: experience in

  healthcare, health-tech, or recurring revenue businesses
