The resort is located in Lonavala, offering a scenic 2.5-hour drive from Mumbai and 1.5 hours from Pune. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager Human Resources role at Machan Resorts LLP. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
