Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager Human Resources role at Machan Resorts LLP. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
