What you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making. Whether it’s managing financial reporting, or budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, your expertise will be vital in the success of these, along with optimizing financial performance.

To dive deeper, you will have to: -

• Oversee

  financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes as part of your Financial Management role

• Ensure

  accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and adherence to regulatory and tax requirements, upholding the Reporting & Compliance standards of the company

• Implement

  robust internal financial controls, and risk management strategies.

• Monitor

  cash flow & treasury, liquidity, as well as optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships.

• Coordinate

  audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Spearhead

  business partnering by providing financial insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

• Enhance

  efficiency through process improvement measures like automation and financial practices that are of the highest standard.

You should apply if you

• Have an impressive body of work:

  CA Inter/ BCom/MBA + startup work experience

• Are a seasoned veteran:

  6+ years in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role

• Bring more than just a ‘degree’:

  Skills and competencies like strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
