Qualification & Experience

• CA Inter or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 10

  –12 years

  of experience in Accounts & Finance (preferably in manufacturing / FMCG / perfume / chemical industry).
• Strong knowledge of

  accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting

  .

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation).
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with

  Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory laws

  .

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets and monitor variance vs. actuals.
• Support management in financial planning and cost control.

1. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Ensure timely filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, etc.).
• Implement and monitor internal controls.

1. Treasury & Fund Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relations.
• Evaluate and negotiate with banks for credit facilities.

1. MIS & Reporting

• Generate accurate MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and financial risks.

1. Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives.
• Build a strong finance function aligned with company goals.

Skills Required

• In-depth knowledge of

  accounting principles, tax laws, and corporate finance

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  ERP / Tally / SAP

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
