The candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across various plant equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in Electrical, Mechanical, Painting, and Plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and plant utilities. Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment and avoid downtime. Follow safety standards and plant protocols during maintenance activities. Maintain records of maintenance work and report to the Maintenance In-Charge. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required. Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for smooth financial operations. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per company policies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Supervise and guide junior accounting staff as required.
