• About the Role

We seek a driven and passionate Business Development Executive to become part of our expanding team. This position is ideal for a graduate with a Bachelor’s in Marketing who is enthusiastic about learning, supporting business development, and establishing a solid base in client relationship management and sales strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits when required to understand leads, gather market insights, and strengthen client engagement. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain records, reports, and client information using MS Excel and other tools. 
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research. Perform cold calling to reach new prospects, pitch services, and generate interest. 
• Support the sales pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification.
•  Coordinate with the supply & procurement team as needed to ensure accurate information, feasibility checks, and timely client responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written.)
• Confidence and clarity in thoughts.  Strong problem-solving attitude with a proactive mindset.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.  Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for field activities when required.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic business environment.
