What You’ll Do
· Generate & qualify leads; penetrate new markets
· Identify & build relationships with decision-makers (CHROs, Promoters, Founders)
· Set up meetings, deliver demos/proposals
· Close deals and convert leads into clients
· Manage full sales cycle
What We’re Looking For
· Strong track record in HRMS / SaaS B2B sales
· Excellent communicator & negotiator
· Self-starter
· Comfortable in a startup environment
Nice to Have
· MBA or relevant postgrad degree
· Exposure to Shared Services / HR Shared Service Model

Pay: ₹11,419.57 - ₹33,833.16 per month
