Responsible for driving FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, audit compliance, and team management to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial decision-making.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Monitor business performance; conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports and present insights to management and board.
Finalize financial statements and manage external audits.
Oversee payroll verification, accounting, and monthly accruals.
Scrutinize key expense heads and ensure accuracy of books.
Set KPIs, guide, and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with 812 years experience in FP&A and financial reporting.
Strong expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, accounts finalization, and audit.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
