Sourcing, screening & shortlisting.Hands on KEKA hire to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job description creation, interviewing, and offer management.Lead the stakeholder handholding, adaptation & 100% hiring adherence. • 100% documentation in KEKA Hire, guide candidate. HR Operations • Lead background check & New joiner onboarding smooth process new joiner. • Employee connect Regular & documented employee connect with employees• Employee relations 100 % query resolution within timeline via KEKA Help desk resolve conflicts, and support performance management activities.• HR Initiatives - Support the implementation of various HR projects and initiatives aligned to enhance employee experience.

• Age - 24-28 Years • Open for 5.5 days (5 days office) & Sat -half days virtual. • Open minded recipient to feedback.• Process oriented & solution driven
