The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, HR operations, and compliance with a strong preference for candidates experienced in KEKA HRMS. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees Handle HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support via KEKA Plan and organize employee engagement programs and feedback activities Support HR policy creation, documentation, and ensure legal compliance Maintain employee data and performance records using KEKA HRMS ________________________________________ Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR or a related discipline 0 to 2 years of relevant HR experience Proficiency in KEKA HRMS is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance ________________________________________ Why Join Us?
