Human Resources Associate

As an HR Operations Specialist, your role will involve managing the employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records using Keka HRMS. Additionally, you will track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules. Your duties will also include assisting in recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, supporting HR operations, and compliance documentation. You will be expected to generate reports and analytics from Keka for management reviews. Addressing employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits, as well as coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) - Maintain and update employee records using Keka HRMS - Track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules - Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding activities - Support HR operations and compliance documentation - Generate reports and analytics from Keka for management reviews - Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits - Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2 years of experience in HR operations roles - Mandatory experience with Keka HRMS - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong communication and organizational skills - High level of confidentiality and professionalism Note: Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and skills.,
