Sr. HR Executive/ Sr. HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Executive/ Senior HR Generalist at Advantal Technologies in Indore, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations within the IT/software industry. With 3-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring a positive work environment for the employees. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. - Assist in the creation, implementation, and communication of HR policies that reflect company values and compliance. - Manage appraisal processes, monitor KPIs, and support performance discussions with department heads. - Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and induction. - Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale, recognition, and workplace culture. - Ensure statutory compliance, maintain up-to-date HR documentation, and issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, etc.). - Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and drive fair and timely resolution. - Provide day-to-day HR operational support and collaborate with internal teams to drive HR initiatives. Candidate Requirements: - 3-4 years of experience in a full-time HR Executive/Generalist role, preferably in the software/IT industry. - Strong command of KEKA HRMS and other HR software. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. - Bachelors in Human Resources or a related field.
