About You

• 12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Results-driven with a passion for hiring and the ability to meet defined targets and timelines.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter who takes full ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Confident negotiator with strong follow-up skills a true deal-closer.
• Familiar with

  Keka HRMS

  for recruitment workflows and candidate tracking.
• Exposure to

  Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI)

  techniques is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using recruitment tools, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and proactive in identifying hiring gaps and presenting solutions.
• Committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
