Your Role As an Executive in the People Success – Talent Acquisition team, you'll manage end-to-end hiring for key roles, ensuring timely closures through a data-driven and target-oriented approach. With a positive mindset and strong communication skills, you'll build solid candidate relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver seamless hiring experiences. About You 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Results-driven with a passion for hiring and the ability to meet defined targets and timelines. Positive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter who takes full ownership of responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders. Confident negotiator with strong follow-up skills – a true deal-closer. Familiar with Keka HRMS for recruitment workflows and candidate tracking. Exposure to Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques is a strong advantage. Comfortable using recruitment tools, trackers, and reporting dashboards. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Collaborative and proactive in identifying hiring gaps and presenting solutions. Committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
