HR Associate-Payroll & Compliance

Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, etc. Additionally, you will maintain accurate employee records, process monthly HR reports, and coordinate with finance for timely disbursement and reconciliation. You will also support HR audits and documentation, assist in HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
