Role Summary:

Senior Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation (GST & TDS), and internal policies. Support internal and external audit requirements.

• Expense Management: Monitor company expenses, ensure cost control measures, and optimize financial operations.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliation, and account analysis.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Sales, to support financial decision-making.

Qualification and Experience

• Education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

  Semi-qualified CAs with strong articleship experience will be preferred.

• Experience:

  4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.

Key Skills:

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Technical Skills:

  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar tools).

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
