Senior Finance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team.The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

∙ Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.

∙ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

∙ Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

∙ Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments 3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

∙ Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

∙ Process and review invoices and payments.

∙ Manage collections and vendor relationships.

4. Financial Compliance:

∙ Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

∙ Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

∙ Implement and maintain internal controls.

5. Cash Flow Management:

∙ Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.

∙ Monitor and project cash flow needs.

6. Taxation:

∙ Assist in tax planning and compliance.

∙ Prepare and file tax returns and related documents.

7. Ad Hoc Financial Projects:

∙ Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

What it required to do:

∙ Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 4 years of experience. ∙ Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a plus.

∙ Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ∙ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

∙ Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,162.54 - ₹50,000.00 per month
