who can bring structure, clarity, and smart financial planning to our creative chaos. If you’re someone who loves numbers but also understands the pulse of a dynamic creative team, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

🎯 Manage and track all financial transactions and expenses across departments. 📊 Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budget plans to support decision-making. 💡 Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure efficient spending and accurate financial records. 🧾 Handle invoicing, vendor payments, reimbursements, and client billing with precision. 🚀 Assist in optimizing financial systems and implementing scalable finance processes as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations (preferably in a creative or marketing agency). ✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills — Excel and Google Sheets are your comfort zone. ✔ A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance. ✔ A proactive mindset — you notice inefficiencies and fix them before anyone asks. ✔ Someone who loves details but can still see the big picture.If this sounds like your kind of gig, send your portfolio & resume to: 📧
