Senior Finance Associate

As a Senior Finance Associate at PRF, a leading tax, accounting, and audit advisory firm in Dubai, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive finance services to clients. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing IFRS-compliant financial statements, overseeing bookkeeping and reconciliations, conducting financial analysis, supporting VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, participating in audit engagements, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting initiatives. You will also provide technical support to junior team members and ensure all deliverables meet professional and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and regulatory reports - Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing for multiple client accounts - Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and prepare management reports - Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including computations and timely filings - Participate in audit engagements, prepare working papers, review client records, and identify risk areas - Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of outputs - Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and process improvement initiatives - Provide technical support to junior team members and maintain best practices within the finance team Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and multi-client accounting - Solid working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations - Experience in a professional services, audit, accounting, or tax advisory firm preferred - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, and advanced MS Excel - Excellent analytical, organizational, and client-handling skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA Inter, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous - Immediate joiners are preferred,
