Role Description – Senior Finance Associate (Dubai Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review

  IFRS-compliant financial statements

  and regulatory reports
• Perform and oversee

  bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing

  across multiple client accounts
• Conduct detailed

  financial analysis

  , variance analysis, and prepare customized management reports
• Support

  UAE VAT and Corporate Tax

  compliance, including computations, return preparation, and timely filings
• Participate in

  audit engagements

  , including preparing working papers, reviewing client records, and identifying risk areas
• Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of all outputs
• Contribute to

  budgeting, forecasting, financial planning

  , and internal process improvement initiatives
• Ensure all deliverables meet

  professional, quality, and regulatory standards

• Provide technical support to junior team members and help maintain best practices within the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience in

  financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and multi-client accounting

• Solid working knowledge of

  IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax

  regulations
• Experience in a

  professional services, audit, accounting, or tax advisory firm

  is highly preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software such as

  QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero

  , and advanced MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and client-handling skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional certifications such as

  ACCA, CA Inter, CPA

  , or equivalent are a strong advantage
