Client Servicing Associate

What You’ll Do:

🤝 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.

📅 Manage client deliverables, timelines, and approvals while keeping projects on track.

🧩 Coordinate between internal teams (design, content, strategy) to deliver campaigns that hit the mark.

🔍 Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the team.

📊 Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.

🚀 Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and maintain a proactive problem-solving approach.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.

✔ Strong communication and relationship management skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

✔ A client-first mindset with a knack for balancing expectations and execution.

✔ Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms is a plus.
