Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Client Servicing professional. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and maintaining accurate financial and service records. • Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Basic understanding of finance and budget management
• Proactive problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in client relationship management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
