Role - Client Servicing Location - Andheri (East) - MIDC Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, strategic planning, and execution of paid media campaigns. This role requires a blend of exceptional client relationship skills, deep knowledge of paid media platforms, and analytical expertise to drive performance and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, maintaining strong and trusting relationships. Understand client objectives, KPIs, and challenges, and proactively offer solutions to meet and exceed goals. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews. 2. Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Manage budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns for ROI and other performance metrics. 3. Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the setup, tracking, and management of paid media campaigns. Continuously analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. Identify trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to refine strategies. 4. Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and ROI. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and technical teams to deliver cohesive campaign execution. 6. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, tools, and best practices. Propose innovative approaches to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience (2-5 years) in client servicing or account management within the digital marketing or advertising industry. Strong understanding of paid media platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics. Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
