We have worked with premier leagues and tournaments, including the TATA IPL, ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, DP World ILT20, TATA WPL, the Hockey World Cup, and the National Games doing multiple opening and closing ceremonies and in-stadia activations to integrated digital strategies.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll assist in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and delivering innovative solutions that connect brands to fans in the sporting world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.

• Coordinate with internal creative, content, social media, and production teams to execute

campaigns.

• Support the Account Manager/Director in developing client pitches, reports, and post-

campaign analysis.

• Maintain project timelines, status trackers, and ensure deliverables are met on time.

• Research trends and insights in the sports and digital marketing space.

• Manage influencer/athlete coordination, contracts, and deliverables.

• Help monitor and report on campaign performance (digital metrics, social media

engagement, etc.).

• Assist in budget tracking, billing, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency or sports

marketing setup.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sports and understanding of fan behavior and digital trends in sports (especially

cricket, football, golf).

• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel) and familiar with digital platforms.

• A go-getter attitude and team player mindset

Preferred:

• Experience working on sports or youth-centric brands.

• Exposure to talent management, event activation, or content production.
