Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong passion for sports, understands the digital ecosystem, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring high engagement and creative storytelling.
• Support in client servicing: day-to-day communication, project management, and ensuring deliverables are met with quality and timeliness.
• Assist in creating and presenting pitches to potential and existing clients.
• Contribute to brand and campaign strategy, bringing fresh ideas that align with client and agency objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams (2D, 3D, design, content, production) to bring ideas to life.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest sports trends, events, and fan engagement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media, client servicing, or account management (preferably in sports).
• Strong understanding of the sports ecosystem and fan culture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
