Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    outbound calls

    to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain

    strong customer relationships

    through regular follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service information.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support telesales activities;

    telesales experience will be an added advantage

  • Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the teams overall performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management

    within the

    BFSI or NBFC sector

    is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in

    Malayalam or Kannada

    or

    Telugu

  • Previous experience in

    outbound calling

    or

    telesales

    preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer-oriented attitude, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
