Senior Executive

As a Construction Coatings Development Lead, your role will involve leading the development, formulation, and optimization of various construction coatings. You will be responsible for evaluating and selecting raw materials for performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Formulating waterproofing coatings such as acrylic, PU, epoxy, and hybrid systems - Developing protective and decorative coatings including cementitious, elastomeric, primers, and sealers - Creating floor coatings and industrial protective coatings - Conducting application trials, performance testing, and benchmarking against industry standards - Troubleshooting coating performance issues during formulation scale-up and application at customer sites - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product scale-up and commercialization - Supporting customers with on-site trials, technical presentations, and application guidance - Staying updated on market trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to construction coatings - Preparing technical documentation, test reports, and contributing to patent/IP generation Moreover, you should leverage insights from market/field interactions to create a robust product pipeline. Your skills should include a strong knowledge of polymer chemistry and coating formulation principles, hands-on experience in waterborne and solvent-based construction coatings, familiarity with various application methods and performance tests, experience in ASTM, ISO, BIS standards for construction coatings, ability to troubleshoot coating failures, and excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
