We are hiring for

Job Role:- Senior Legal & Compliance Executive

Exp Range:- 3yrs

Job Purpose/Summary:-

detail-oriented Legal & Compliance professional

This role requires working closely with internal teams, monitoring statutory compliance, conducting audits, drafting policies, and providing legal and compliance guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet

  commercial agreements

  , including NDAs, MSAs, lease agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Negotiate contractual terms and mitigate potential risks.
  
• Maintain organized legal documents, contracts, and ensure proper archival and version control.
  
• Conduct

  legal research

  on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents; prepare summaries, briefing notes, and updates for internal teams and senior management.
• Assist in

  drafting internal policies, SOPs, and legal notices

  .
• Monitor statutory compliance across departments using

  compliance monitoring tools

  .
• Conduct

  internal audits

  , prepare reports highlighting non-compliance and risks, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and share periodic

  MIS reports

  on legal and compliance activities.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on legal and compliance matters for employees.
  
• Liaise with

  external legal counsel and regulatory authorities

  as required.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure continuous compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Contract Drafting, Review, and Negotiation of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor contracts)
  
• Compliance Monitoring, Statutory Compliance, and Risk Assessment
  
• Drafting Internal Policies, SOPs, and MIS / Audit Reporting
  
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and Legal Research (Manupatra, LexisNexis, SCC Online, Westlaw)
  
• Liaison with Regulatory Authorities / External Counsel, maintaining confidentiality and legal integrity

Educational Qualifications:

• Law graduate (LL.B) from a recognized university
  
• 3- 5 years of experience in

  legal and compliance roles

Job Location:- Gurugram

Notice Period:-Immediately - 15 Days
