As a Voice Hiring Recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end talent acquisition for voice professionals—such as voice actors, announcers, podcast hosts, and IVR/IVRS talents. You'll partner with hiring managers and creative teams to source, screen, and secure exceptional voice talent for projects across advertising, e-learning, media, and in-house audio products.🔍 Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to define the voice roles needed and develop detailed job specs

Craft and publish job postings on relevant platforms (e.g., Voices.com, Media Match) to attract diverse voice talent
Proactively source both active and passive voice candidates using job boards, social media, industry networks, and talent agencies
Screen submissions via phone or audition reviews, assessing vocal tone, range, microphone technique, delivery style, and suitability for project needs
Coordinate and manage audition sessions (including self-recorded auditions), track stakeholder feedback, and facilitate callbacks
Serve as liaison during negotiation and offer process, coordinating rates, rights, and contract terms
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or voice talent database, ensuring compliance with DMCA or other regulations
Build and nurture relationships with voice talent for future hiring needs and maintain a proactive talent network
Monitor recruitment KPIs—time-to-fill, audition-to-offer ratio, cost per hire—and create status reports for stakeholders
